Add device

To add device follow these steps

• Enter the device arabic name
• Enter the english name
• Enter arabic description for this device
• Enter the english description
• Choose a logo for the device
• Choose other images for the device if available
• Determine if the device is visible for centers or not
• Press the submit button to save the data entered
